Six steps from your manuscript to the Bookstore. Here is what happens at each one, and who does it.

From manuscript to the Bookstore

Become an author
Sign the declaration. Your studio opens at once.

Fill in the form
Manuscript, cover, description, category and prices.
- 3You
Pay the fee
The form shows the total before you pay.

We read it
An editor reads the book. We aim to answer within 3 days.
- 5You
Make changes
Only if the editor asks. You reply in the same place.
- Done
On sale
Your book is listed in the Bookstore.
After it goes on sale
What happens next
Readers buy it
As a digital copy, a printed copy, or both. You choose on the form.
We deliver it
Digital copies arrive in the reader's Library at once. Printed copies are posted with tracking.
You get paid
Your share of each sale is added to your balance. Ask for a payout once it passes $25.
If we say no
What a rejection looks like
We tell you why, in writing. You can fix the problem and send the book again.

How long does it take?
We aim to read every book within 3 days of the fee being paid. You get a notification at every step.
Can I change my book after it is on sale?
Yes. Send an update from your studio. Big changes are read again before they go live.
Can I take my book off sale?
Yes, at any time, from your studio.
